Voters approve liquor store in Loganville, Sunday retail alcohol sales in Jersey

In the first race decided Tuesday night, voters in Loganville approved a referendum allowing for the licensing for package sale of distilled spirits in the city limits.

Nixon cited, sued over unlicensed rehab center

Attributing among a variety of things the numerous complaints from nearby residents, a citation has been issued to former Atlanta Brave Otis Nixon for illegally running a rehabilitation facility on Dally Road outside Jersey for those recently released from prison.
