Walton County Board of Commissioners Animal laws, fees on agenda

Board to consider action on long-running issues

MONROE, Ga. — Two hot-button issues are on the agenda for the May agenda of the Board of Commissioners.

The county leaders will discuss changes to the animal control and impact fee laws. Both have been discussed before and could see discussion from citizens when the board meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Historic Walton County Courthouse.

  • 2 Don't Threaten. Threats of harming another person will not be tolerated.
  • 3 Be Truthful. Don't knowingly lie about anyone or anything.
  • 4 Be Nice. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism that is degrading to another person.
