DISCONNECTED: Conestoga residents face expulsion due to ‘significant’ code violations

It didn’t really sink in at first, for Rebecca Lowe. The notice arrived on Friday, a white sheet of paper taped to her front door in the Conestoga Mobile Home Park on Vine Street.

“Notice of Disconnection of Utility Services,” it read in bold letters.
