MONROE — The Wright-Henson House has sat at 404 S. Broad St. since the early 1900s, but it won’t be there for much longer.

At Tuesday’s meeting, the Monroe City Council voted to allow retired businessman Rick Holder to move the white-pillared home to a lot at 211 and 213 Boulevard, about 1,400 feet away.
