Magistrate judge drops drug charges on Broadnax

Magistrate Court Judge Mike Burke found enough evidence during a preliminary hearing Thursday for a case to proceed against two Walton County residents allegedly operating an automobile “chop shop.”

The operation was uncovered as Walton County Sheriff’s Office personnel executed a search warrant on charges related to the sale of methamphetamine.
