Loganville changes residential zoning, becomes Purple Heart City

LOGANVILLE — There are close to 700 homes waiting to be built in Loganville, from Phase 2, 3 and 4 in Logan Point to the under construction Stonecreek subdivision. They’ve been developed, rezoned, and are just waiting for shovels.

All of them are in the city’s densest zoning classification, what’s called R-22 Overlay.
