Candidate wants outside agency to review Loganville voting

LOGANVILLE, Ga. — Femi Oduwole is asking for a recount in the Loganville City Council elections.

Oduwole finished fourth out of five candidates in the at-large election Tuesday. The top three candidates — incumbents Jay Boland and Linda Dodd and newcomer Bill DuVall — were elected.
