Fall weather brings fun for all in Monroe

Festival will cater to children and adults

While the leaves turn as fall weather arrives, downtown Monroe will transform for its annual fall festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct 20.

This year former Main Street Director Emily Russell said the festival will cater to everyone in the family, not just children.
