Leaders brag on county’s schools

Grad rates, growth are reasons for pride

MONROE — Local school officials updated the business community on the latest achievements and growth at the various public and private schools at the monthly luncheon of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce.

The annual education summit brought out five of the county’s systems and private academies Wednesday to discuss the various goings-on within their institutions, moving in order from largest to smallest in terms of enrollment.
