Man arrested; Loganville continues working with neighbors

Posted: Wednesday, June 26, 2019 12:00 am

Police think the arrest of a man accused of following someone home from work, assaulting him and robbing him could lead to cracking more cases — possibly including two armed robberies in Loganville.

A tactical team from the Gwinnett County Police Department arrested 26-year-old Emmanuel Thomas Rakestraw, of Decatur, on June 19 at a home in Lithonia.
