Plans call for a new Loganville

Posted: Saturday, December 7, 2019 12:00 am

Between 2015 and 2016, the city of Loganville bought up several parcels of land around Main Street, including a 3.2-acre plot at 210 Main St. and more than 10 acres at the old Loganville Elementary School.

The idea was to gain some control over the future of the downtown area and recruit the right developer with the right plan to revitalize the area.
