Jimmy L. Coffey, 71, of Loganville, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019.

Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, July 8, in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Green officiating.

Burial will follow at Center Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Loganville.

Mr. Coffey owned and operated several businesses in the Loganville area and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during Vietnam.

He was a member of the Fergus Lodge 135 F&AM, Yaarab Temple and the Loganville Shriners.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Geter and Jessie Coffey.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy G. Coffey; children, Jennifer Coffey and Danny Scott, of Loganville, Jason and Carra Coffey, of Loganville; grandchildren, Kristine and Dustin Nix, of Monroe, and Logan Coffey, of Loganville; great-grandchild, Adler Nix, of Monroe; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Jerry Bradley, of Hayesville, North Carolina; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ricky and Lisa Green, of Loganville; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
