Will Chapman's certain 2020 re-election end this?

I don’t know when they finished counting the votes in the primary election in May 2016. It was probably 9, 10 o’clock that night, though the marquee race that day was the Republican faceoff for Walton County sheriff was finished well earlier.

The incumbent, Joe Chapman, wanted a fourth term. In his path was former co-worker, and former friend, Keith Glass, then the director of public safety in Monroe.
