Our View: Return focus on recreation to the children

Perhaps it was inevitable the saga of Walton County’s Parks and Recreation leadership would end badly.

For a decade or more, there’s been controversy over a side business owned by the parks director, Jody Johnson, and his Athletics Division manager, Brad Huff. JB Athletics would run tournaments across the state, but most problematically, at facilities owned by Walton County.
