COLUMN: Carver Middle celebrates 25 years in present building on Church Street

Posted: Saturday, September 30, 2017 12:00 am

This school year marks the 25th anniversary of Carver Middle School in its current location. Though Carver is steeped in rich history, this school year brings about exciting change, including our most notable building renovations. Beyond the structural differences, CMS staff members have been working hard to implement significant changes in curriculum, instruction and parental support.

The wide-ranging remodeling project at CMS has brought about a greater sense of school pride for our students, parents and staff. The replacement of the blue roof with a maroon roof, now matching our school colors, has been the most noticeable change.
