Taking a stand against bullying

Posted: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 12:00 am

Bullying is a subject matter we hear a lot about and then forget. It’s something many of us probably have experienced in our lives but swept under the carpet of memories. Being bullied is no laughing matter and for some teenagers at the time it seems to be not a big deal to point at the girl who doesn’t fit in or knock the books of a freshman on to the ground but in the long run it scars those individuals more than you know.

I came across a story recently that brought bullying back into the limelight of my own mind.
