Loganville High School head boys basketball coach Joel Cooley was relieved of his duties during a Friday afternoon meeting with LHS administrators.

“I was informed of their desire for the boys basketball program to be taken in a new direction,” Cooley said. “I respect their wishes and am grateful for the opportunity they extended me in the last five years.”

Speaking of needing to make a change Im pretty sure Stringer was best friends with Ben Franklin growing up. Seriously, it's a joke that the system is allowing him to steal money the way that he is. Get him out of there and get some fresh blood in the AD spot at LHS!

I know Coach Cooly and have much respect for the things he do with the players he has. It is a sad day in the region to see a good coach get let go. Best luck Coach and I know that there will be other schools looking for a good leader like yourself.
