LOGANVILLE, Ga. — North Logan Commons, a shopping center on Atlanta Highway, has been sold.
Big V Property Group bought the 176,000-square-foot facility from CIM in a deal announced this month.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Gwinnett County tax records show the property sold in 2013 for $20.8 million.
Anchor stores include T.J. Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, OfficeMax and PetSmart. A Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse opened just beyond the shopping center’s property in 2008.
Other retailers in North Logan Commons include Dollar Tree, Five Guys, Anytime Fitness and Sally Beauty Supply.
Best Buy moved from Stone Mountain to the shopping center in 2009, but later closed. T.J. Maxx opened in the space in 2013.
In a news release, Big V called the shopping center a “best-in-class asset.” It noted the property’s location on U.S. 78 with a daily traffic count of 36,650 vehicles.
Big V Property Group owns and operates more than 40 neighborhood and community shopping centers, mostly in the Southeast. The company has 45 employees in five offices, including Charlotte, North Carolina.
